Successfully delivered over 350 civil engineering projects across India and internationally. Notable projects include: Nhava Sheva Port, Maharashtra, India; grain silos in North Africa; Thermal Power Station Unit 5, Maharashtra, India; as well as bridges, cooling towers and chimneys across India and Nepal. Also executed a tunnel underpass using Box-Push Technology in Bengaluru, India.
Former Chairman for NEP 2020 Teacher Training, Government of Karnataka; Chairman and Director of Auro Schools, Bengaluru; and SAMATVA β Centre of Excellence for Competency-Based Education and the National Teachersβ Training Academy. Has trained over 20,000 teachers in holistic education aligned with Sri Aurobindoβs Integral Education philosophy and NEP 2020.
Doctorate in the sustainability evaluation of construction materials and buildings. Authored over 400 articles and publications in journals and periodicals. Author of Five Dimensions of True Education: Empowering Educators for the Future and co-author of 17 Integral Education-based learning resources for schools (Grades 1β10).
Extensive expertise in teacher training, capacity-building programmes for schools, faculty development programmes, and mentoring of schools and educators. Developed a unique Integral Learning Ratio, introduced Integral Education verbs extending beyond Bloomβs Taxonomy, and designed innovative strategies to integrate values and virtues into classroom practice. Edited and published learning outcome worksheets aligned with NCERT and NEP 2020 for Grades 1β5.

In the process of establishing a Centre of Excellence for Competency-Based Learning and a National Teachers' Training Academy to shape the educators of tomorrow through innovative pedagogical approaches and values-based learning frameworks.
Chairman β Auro Schools, Bengaluru, implementing integral education principles and a progressive, child-centred curriculum; developing Auro Schools as model institutions; establishing Centres of Project Inclusivity Training in collaboration with Rupantar; mentoring rural schools at Yelavatti and Hattalli, Karnataka.
Auro Composite Labs (ACLs) are specially equipped spaces featuring compact yet highly effective teaching aids that teachers can carry into classrooms, or to which children may come to engage in hands-on experimentation. Approximately 600 experiments can be conducted using around 125 teaching aids. Children are introduced to the ACL from Grade 4 onwards; for many pupils in the junior classes, this laboratory is akin to a room of discovery, transforming their learning into a self-explorative journey.
Preparation of modules, training of teachers, conducting competency-based and project-based workshops, authoring teacher guidebooks β all activities aligned with the National Education Policy 2020 β alongside developing activity-based materials that integrate values, sustainable education, and integral development.
Developing enhanced action verbs within the backdrop of integral education; designing special value charts; producing short animated films with a moral; identifying different types of learners through specially developed algorithms; promoting learning through stories; and analysing the impact of Project-Based Learning using over one million booklets gathered from various states, in collaboration with Rupantar.
